Let's put together a 3 part Paleo Pleasure for Lunch:

Portion of Leftover veggies...
Sweet Leaf Spring Mix, Parsley, Tomatoes, Radishes, Carrot Sticks and Boiled Egg drizzled with Olive Oil, Balsamic and sprinkled with Salt and Pepper..


Huge New York Strip than nearly spans a 12" cast iron skillet!

5 minutes on the first side....


4 minutes on the 2nd side...


Mix up a Body Fortress Fruit Punch Creatine and Fresca and add some fresh raspberries.


In the last of the 4 minutes on the 2nd side, turn the steak on edge to cook and crisp up the sides...


Wow - that's a lot of food! 


Make that a lot of BEAUTIFUL, NUTRITIOUS, LOW FAT PALEO FOOD!!!


That's at least 70g of protein assuming a 10 oz portion.... and I think this might've been 12 oz!!


Pair that with at least 4 cups of cooked and raw veggies and a serving of fruit.

Everybody keeps asking me if I'm on a diet.....
