So Wills - How's Cali treating you?
Just fine... Did another 10 set WOD of 5 reps each of Romanian Deadlifts, Hang Cleans, Push Presses, Overhead Squats starting with 15# DBs and going up 5# each set to 50# and back down.
Then hit a few Frank Zane-esque poses...
Like my son said -
"You're so lean I can't see you".
That's OK....
That's the way I like it!
