I barely mustered 165# on a 3 rep max on Power Cleans and Jen was right there at 155#....

More ladies than men in CrossFit....

I told Will my theory is that the men come check it out and see that women half their size are blasting out more weight than they can and they turn around stick their tail between their legs and head back to their slow and easy social workouts at the gym.

Lemme tell ya....

The Women of CrossFit will kick your ass in a workout and look Beautiful doing it!!!

Fuck the shirt - I'm slinging sweat and swigging Cold water and grape Pedialyte and firing and moving through the WOD battlefield!!

I blasted through 5 rounds of the Rx cleans of 8 x 135#, 25# weighted sit-ups, 10 ring dips and a 200m run in right at 25 flat...

Not bad Old Man.... Not Bad.

And the WOD results...

Strong Young Dude named Tom led the pack....

But the star of the WOD show IMHO was this tiny chick named Brit - can't weigh a hundid soaking wet and she refuses to come off the women's Rx of 95# on Power Cleans and muscles basically her body weight off the floor to shoulder time and time again and I gotta say the Rocky song "Eye of the Tiger" was playing in my head as the workout team Left No Man or Woman Behind on the last 200m run with Brit...

All I can say is WOW - what a performance and if she was 4" taller and had 40 more lbs on her, we'd probably be watching her knocking out a WOD on ESPN.

Way to go Tiger!!!

So what does a strict Paleo diet and the Crazy CrossFit WODs do to a 52 year old body??

Speaking of Paleo - I'm hungry!!

Thin cut Ribeye preseasoned and marinated in a dry rub of seasoned meat tenderizer, salt, pepper, cayenne, garam masala, cumin and turmeric...

Leftover veggies of sweet onion, poblano- mini bell - jalapeƱo peppers, asparagus, squash, zucchini and Bok Choy with some freshen up ingredients-
Strawberries, Mango and a garnish of julienned fresh basil and thin sliced Serrano pepper....

Throw in a refreshing recovery drink of Creatine Mix, Fresca and Sangria Wine...

So yeah...

That's whadddiiibennup2!!!
