CrossFit.... Beer.... Tilapia
Something new in the CrossFit WOD today...
Shoulder the Stone!
Did Stone Lifts for the first time.
Lifted a 142# round stone from the floor to the top of 1 shoulder for 5 reps x 3 rounds.
Here was the WOD.
3 women beat me but I was just excited to get the Rx on the Stone to Shoulder.
Now at the WurstHaus having a 3 x 5 oz beer sampler and grilled tilapia, vegetable medley and red cabbage.
It's actually a nice evening out in LJT.
