Proof of Paleo Effectiveness and Supper


The Proof is in the Paleo...

168.5 - that's what I weighed at 17...

Haven't been this light in 35 years.


Same process... Lay everything out...

Protein - HEB Jalapeño seasoned thin cut chicken breasts

Veggies - sweet spring mix, tomato, avocado, sweet mini peppers, Serrano pepper and Habanero pepper

Fruit - grapes and strawberries


Put on 6 eggs to boil in salted water for tomorrow's meals.


Thin slice and dice the Serrano pepper


Drizzle olive oil and red balsamic vinegar over the bed if salad and veggies and dust heavily with salt and pepper.


Bed of veggies is done.


Chicken breast in the skillet.


Fine dice the sweet peppers and 1/3 of the habanero...


Flip the chicken.


Give the eggs 4 mins on the boil for soft boiled.


Garnish with the peppers and fruit and add the standard Creatine - Fresca - Sangria wine drink that goes with supper.


I did the next 2 shots to show how deep this blue platter is...

Again - a lot of food!


Huge amount of beautiful, healthy food.
