Lunch... Boot Camp... The Pub... Music


Wanted a light high protein lunch so I grilled up a big patty of my custom mix of ground turkey breast with a wet mix of 1 egg, mustard, Worcetshire, soy sauce and Tabasco with diced sweet onion, poblano and jalapeño peppers with a heavy dose of salt, pepper and cayenne. Some people would call it a meat loaf mix....

All I know is it's super lean and super high protein and tastes great!


Made a bed of HEB Organics Sweet Spring Mix, Organic Kale, radish, tomato, strawberries and a sprinkle of the raisin - nut - seed mix dressed with EVOO and Red Balsamic and dusted heavy with S&P.... Accompanied by fruit punch flavored Creatine mix and Fresca.


Then mixed in the grilled turkey.

That's the kind of meal that will make you look and feel good and feel like you got that Big S on your chest!


Freaking Brutal Boot Camp...

Chris had an 8 station 2 minute per station rotation of:
1. Quick feet on the 1' high instructor stage
2. Lunges with the back foot up on the stage
3. Sit-ups with a 10# weight
4. Squat jumps on and off a 3 block high bench.
5. BOSU push up with knee to elbow.
6. Patty cake Push-ups with Partner
7. Burpees with a BOSU
8. Seated twists with 10# weights feet off the floor.

2 full circuits... No rest between sets...

Kicked my ass!

Weighed a Smooth 170 after the workout...

That's High School Senior Weight....


Then to Wayside for a Spicy Grilled Chicken Salad...


And the WurstHaus for Joe Burns!


Got up at 3 this morning and worked till 3 this afternoon...

Like I always say....

I'll sleep when I'm dead!!!
