Tilapia... Love the Snow... Trout Surfing... Beep Beep my Ass... Upper Body Blast and Mega Meal

A bed of Spring Mix, some carrots, a diced radish and a couple of sliced strawberries makes a nice bed for...


a couple of cast iron skillet grilled tilapia fillets.


Throw in a little kale to round out the Paleo Wagon....


And you got a nice light well balanced meal.


Been snowing on and off for a day or so and the casita courtyard shows it.


Me like the Snow...


At first I couldn't figure out if those were shark fins or what...


But on closer examination, they turned out to be leaping trout!


Pterodactyl?  

No just a 6 ft roadrunner!


That looks like it's already made a meal of some hapless passerby....

Cause ain't nothing left but the belt in its beak!!!

SF Plaza under snow...


I'm big on Second.... Third.....And Fourth Chances....


Nice preworkout meal of 1/2 a chicken breast diced, some grape tomatoes a spoonful of cottage cheese and some sweet onion.... spiced with some salt and hot madras curry powder....


Another Zia CrossFit WOD bites the dust.....

Did 7 rounds of 10 plate pushups and 10 hammer curls with 35# dumbbells in the 8 min AMRAP......

Like the Upper Body focused workout today.... 


Came home and fixed a Mega Meal of Salad and accessories....


With 3 tilapia fillets....


followed by a diced link of the Sweet Basis and Pesto Chicken Sausage, a diced baked sweet potato, a diced jalapeno and a helping of kale.


Garnished it with some sweet onion for a Post Workout Meal that will rebuild and restore!!!


That's the Way Wills does Santa Fe Paleo!!!
