Back on the Paleo Bandstand and Riding and Snowing!

Had a week where I ate a small loaf of focaccia bread, some yogurt, an Upper Crust Pizza, a few desserts....

I took a break from a strict Paleo diet for the first time since March 22, 2014.

But after a few days of indulgence, it's time to get back to the business of building a Paleo body.

And here's a good start:

Cast iron skillet grilled tilapia fillets with a mustard side
Sided by some beautiful and radiant green kale.


Round 2 with my standard base of Spring Mix with some Arugula for variety and tomato, carrot sticks and radishes dressed with Balsamic and EVOO.


With a double protein of a huge patty of the ground turkey breast mix and a small tilapia fillet.


Hard to see in this photo but it is snowing as I ride the Railway Bike and Hike Path back from Anytime Fitness to the casita.


Same base mix....


With 2 tilapia fillets and a special protein....

A diced link of Trader Joe's Sweet Basil Pesto Smoked Chicken and Turkey Sausage!


Now that's a pretty bowl with a helping of wilted kale at the top but we ain't done yet.... 

Let's add some of TJ's Omega Trek Mix to get some bad ass workout carbs and some crunch and chew to the texture of this dish.


I don't know what to say except that is a beautiful....

And believe me..... delicious plate of Paleo Power Goodness!
