Starting the Day Right.... And Ending it even Better!

When you wake up and it's 18 degrees outside and you wanna ride your bike to the gym for a morning Zumba, you don't just throw a pair of bike shorts and a shirt on over you workout clothes and take off.

You gotta kinda lay out stuff in layers and think about your head and your feet and your hands too!


And when you plan to ride 30 minutes in 18 degree weather and then do a 20 minute warmup and 60 minutes of Zumba with a room full of ladies, you better have something under your belt besides your workout shorts and your......

So I threw in a helping of my leftover supper from last night - Poblano and Jalapeno Pepper, Onion, Ground Turkey Breast mix and Eggs and a small baked sweet potato with a 3rd cup of coffee and 8 oz of the Whey Protein Isolate Protein supplement.


This afternoon, my wife and I walked down to the French Pastry Shoppe for a late lunch and then walked a 5 mile loop around Santa Fe....

St John's College celebrating its 50th anniversary in 2014.


It's set in the foothills on the Southwest side.


And a beautiful campus it is.


It is Madeleine's alma mater....



Nice day for a long walk around the city.
