Breakfast Blast and More... The Final Chapter!

So let's finish up the Breakfast Blast.....

We have a fill skillet of cooked veggies and turkey....

We got a few more ingredients on deck.....


Bust 3 eggs into a container, add salt, pepper, hot madras curry powder and about 8 glugs of Tabasco sauce!


Here's your mix ready for the remaining items....


Turn the heat down to low and add the 3 seasoned eggs....


Keep rolling the mix with low heat until the eggs are done and then add fresh blueberries, raspberries and sliced strawberries....


Remember we boiled the 6 eggs along while we were cooking the breakfast blast..... 

We'll eat these in future meals.....

When you get hungry in between meals, it's great to just reach in the fridge, peel one of these beauties, add a little S and P and put down what I think is the Perfect Food!


Every time I cook a meal like this.... 

I feel like I've taken one more step......


See what I mean?


Not only is it beautiful to the eye....

But it's beautiful to the body too!

That's the Paleo lifestyle!
