Ground turkey breast mix, onion, poblano & jalapeño peppers, squash & zucchini

Spring mix, green chiles, turkey.

This morning's preworkout meal.

Start with a bed of TJs turkey, boiled egg, sweet potato and green chiles...

Season that with S&P.

Then add a banana with cinnamon and Creatine and Fresca.

Getting the gang together at Zia CrossFit for a WOD Brief.

Did this cooL warmup with teams on each side of the lane cones. Amounted to throwing a wall ball from side to side. Team throwing had to do a Burpee. Team receiving had to catch the wall ball after the first bounce. It was fun and challenging!

Then this crazy triple set 7 min AMRAP with 3 mins rest between each trio of exercises. 3 man teams each person did 1 exercise of each triple set.
My team won with 47 sets. It was one of the hardest but most rewarding WODs I've ever done.

I did the 5 goblet squats on the first one the 7 burpees on the second and 3 thrusters with 95# on the 3rd.

This is what I want to see looking down the street where I live!
