A Great Paleo Meal!!!

Step 1: Lay down a bed of your favorite salad, veggies, fruit and a boiled egg - in this case, Spring Mix, tomatoes, radishes, sweet mini peppers, thin sliced Serrano and jalapeño pepper, raw diced zucchini and summer squash, radishes, olive oil, red balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper, cantaloupe, grapes and a boiled egg...


Step 2: Sauté 4 oz of diced Holmes Pork and Venison Sausage in a hot cast iron skillet.


Step 3: Combine Step 1 and 2.



Don't get much simpler, tastier and healthier than that.
