Everybody in the Pool


Another busy day of work followed by a 5:45 WOD at CrossFit WMD....

Same old warmup...


But the strength exercise is the dreaded overhead squat, my Nemesis...


But Hey I got 95# with it... By far my best performance....

And I finished dead last in the 4 rounds for time...


But did the Rx on the Snatch so not too bad.

Came home and threw everything in the skillet....


Pork chop, asparagus, red bell pepper, jalapeño pepper.... Let that cook for 5...


Then flipped the chop and added some kale and covered for 5....


And Bam - added some fresh thin sliced Serrano pepper for a kick...



Good quality food, well seasoned, simply prepared.

Good way to end the day.
