A War of Attrition

War of Attrition? Huh? What War of Attrition?

I'm talking about the War of Attrition that's being waged on your body each day by the environment, stress, bad diet, sedentary lifestyle and aging.

It's a natural, never ending and degenerating war that has but one outcome....

A War we ultimately all lose.

Morbid maybe.

But it is what it is.

And as in all wars, the better you know your enemy, the better defense you can put up.

So how do you turn an imminent loss into a celebrated win.

By staying off the effects of aging and degeneration by maintaining as healthy and active a lifestyle as you can.....

Until the day you die.

That is your Goal....

That is your Victory...

And how do you do that?

First off.

Win the Food War...

It's the War within the War or at least one of the major battles.

Arm your body with the best defense and offense you can on a meal by meal day by day year over year basis.

You are in a Cage Battle with a bigger, faster, more ruthless opponent that will overwhelm you with misinformation, temptations, cravings, peer pressure, stress and every other opportunity to eat shit and die. Literally.

Because that's what 90% of the food out there is....

Shit.... Waste....

Something that your body passes right through absorbing nasty chemicals and preservatives, sugar, empty calories and gaining little or no food value from it.

Sorry for the crass description but that's the way it is.

Now the good news....

The positive perspective....

Select the right foods, eliminate the waste,

Win the Food War.

What does that campaign look like???

Well for starters -

Buy the right food.

Cause if you don't buy it, you won't eat it.

Simple but Powerful Combat Tactic.

Rules of Engagement:

If it's processed don't buy it.

If it's frozen, canned, in a box or bag or laden with salt, sugars, preservatives or Blue Fuck Me #35, don't buy it.

If there's more than 3 ingredients on the ingredient list, don't buy it.

If it's fresh, beautifully and richly colored, unprocessed and organic, buy it.

There....

That's half the battle.

Stay tuned.

This war has just begun.
