One day you'll wake up and find yourself in an untenable situation - a mental, physical, emotional, spiritual, vocational or relational state - that just can't continue.

It may have built up over a long period of time and be more chronic in nature or it may have just popped up on the life priority screen because of an acute, one time event.

Because you are the level headed, thinking, planning person that you are, you have thoughtfully considered the problem, done your due diligence on potential problem solution and even sought the counsel from your bevy of Facebook BFFs.

And then....

Done nothing!!!

You're just sitting there....

STUCK....

In your own Little World of Stagnancy and Pain.

No decision is a Decision!

And Indecision and Fear of Making the Wrong Decision....

Is a lifeblood sucking, cancerous MFer!!

Sometimes you just have to quit over analyzing the situation, worrying about everybody else's feelings and all the shit that can go wrong and just do something to create a wave in your own personal drowning pool...

Take a deep breath, reach down and grab whatever ambition, motivation, will and self determination you got left and come up with everything you got and throw a punch like you're trying to kill something.

You may miss....

You may fall down again....

Hell - you may knock yourself out and end up worse off than you were.

But at least you did something to change the situation.

And hopefully gained a little self respect....

and that breath of air you needed....
