A barge threads the needle at full speed

The Old Church coexists with crepes. 
I probably only saw a third of the sites of Heidelberg today but it reminds me of something a college friend said to me 30 years when asked about his lackadaisical approach to getting a tan. 
His response was "William, it's not about laying out - it's about being out". 
Today was not about racing through a list of "Done Thats" - it was about picking my spots and then becoming a part of the past and the present this history rich city has to offer. 
It was another day if looking out and looking within and discovering the wonders of Heidelberg while learning a little about myself. 
It was a good day....
And it's not over yet.
