To Build a Body... You have to... Build a Meal!

Cooking the rest of the pork chops and veggies...

This is the missing link in fitness.... the Diet... 

And Diet does not necessarily mean a restriction in calories....

It could be eating more calories....

But the right kind of calories.


Cooking all 3 pork chops at the same time but the one in the back is the thinnest....

So I'll cook it a little less.

I gave the thick ones 5-1/2 mins on each side and 3 mins of steam...


Veggies are prep'd and seasoned.


Flip the chops.


I gotta say for a small place this kitchen is laid out perfectly with the little free standing butcher block table in the middle.


And this gas stove is like heaven....

I got a lot of stuff to cook so I pulled out a 2nd pan.


I started the zucchini in the 2nd skillet and started the steaming of the pork chops.


Thinnest pork chop and zucchini are done...

The pork chop rests while I finish off the other veggies.


The 2 thick pork chops are out and the veggies are in!


Keep rolling the veggies..... I'm cooking with no oil so the only thing cooking the veggies is contact with the hot cast iron skillet.


We're having pork so can't forget the apples seasoned with cinnamon.


Add the apples at about the 3 minute mark of cooking the veggies.


Add the water to finish the kale with steam.


The Pork is rested and the veggies are done and hot!

Add a little balsamic to the veggies.


And you're done...


And you've got enough leftovers for the next 2 meals.


Check that Pork Chop....


That's perfect..... cooked through but still moist.


Get the Food part right....

And the rest of the Fitness....
