Playing Catch-up!

Been Busy the last couple of days chasing a Wild Goose...

That's from the old saying.... Going on a Wild Goose Chase!

Which is what it's like when you're trying to sell or rent your house.

Back to Basics Paleo....

Remember I said I had cooked some Chicken Leg Quarters....

So what do you do with them?

One answer is...

Debone them...


Make a nice salad...


Add add the chicken and some fruit and nuts to the salad and pair with
a Moscato - Fresca mix!!!


I took this shot to show you how much food this is....

I would challenge anyone to eat this much food at one setting....

But I'm doing it....

At least twice a day!!!

That was Monday night's dinner!


And here's Tuesday's lunch....

Green Tea and Sweet Leaf Spring Mix, tomatoes and avocado...


and a slab of preseasoned tenderized sirloin...


Added grapes and nuts to the salad and let the steak rest for 5 mins


Tuesday night's supper....

Same base of Sweet Leaf Spring Mix, Tomatoes and Carrots....

Kale, Red Bell Pepper, Hatch Chile Pepper top Right.

Preseasoned Pork Chop top Left

Preseasoned Sea Scallops bottom Left.


Cooked peppers added to the salad base.


Add Pork Chop....


Finally the kale and scallops.


Add the kale and scallops and slices of sweet and juicy plumcot...


And a Fireball for dessert!!!!
