Getting better with the Nutribullet!!!

Always looking for ways to take the Paleo diet in new directions....

Change it up.

Keep it interesting.

After trying the Nutribullet a few times, I'm convinced this is another way to mix it up and make it fast, easy nutritious and beautiful.

Take a look see.

This is a lot of beautiful fresh ingredients....

Let's see what we can do with it!!

Starting at the left front:

Raisins, Cranberries
Bok Choy
Red Bell Pepper
Avocado
Sunflower Seeds
Pistachios
Carrot Sticks
Hatch Chiles
Chocolate Peanut Butter Mixed Nuts
Flaxseed
Papaya
Creatine and Fresca Mix

Pile it in and push it down....
Veggies on the bottom
Fruit in the middle
Nuts on the top.

You gotta know this is gonna be good just by looking at the ingredients.

Add the Creatine Mix to the "Max Fill" line on the cup.

Screw on the Extractor Blade base and mount on the  motor base.

Press her down for 10 and watch the magic!

Do a taste test glug glug...

Needed a little more liquid...
So I added the Creatine mix....
Blended again...

And screwed on the convenient handle...

It's a great system that transforms raw fruit and veggies into something amazing and delicious!!

Now to the solid meal...

Asparagus, Carrots, Bok Choy, Red Bel Pepper in the Cast Iron Dutch Oven...

No Oil needed... Just roll this with a metal spatula for 3 - 4 mins.

This is the thickest piece of salmon.... don't overcook it... if it's seared on the outside, it's pink on the inside...

And that's a good thing.

And once again....

That's a good volume of protein and veggies....

Sprinkle some crunchy sunflower seeds and blueberry almonds (bought 'em at HEB) for texture contrast and cut some red seedless grapes in half and add on top for a sweet and colorful garnish.

Pair with an Imperial Java Stout from the Sante Fe Brewing Company / Santa Fe New Mexico - one of my favorite cities!

I bought this at the Spec's in Angleton Tx.

I love my coffee and love my beer and this is that combo in one!!

Is this fun or what!!!
