Paleo and WOD... The Beauty of Paleo... Growing Your Own!!!

Following up a Killer WOD with a Killer Meal....

A bed of Sweet Leaf Spring Mix with tomatoes, carrots,  hatch chiles and mixed nuts...

And a blackened ribeye on the side.


That is a lot of fresh veggies that gives you the volume of food to fill you up...

Be sure and give it some character with a drizzle of good quality Olive Oil and Balsamic and a dusting of salt and pepper.


And my new favorite topping for all proteins...

Ripe bananas sauted in the skillet in the ribeye drippings with turbinado sugar...


Now.... if you don't think that is a thing of beauty and great taste....

Then you need to go back to your Lean Cuisine!!


That should be on a food magazine cover!


And all of that goes into this belly....

That's the Beauty of Paleo...

You can eat a high volume of nutrituous, palette pleasing, body building food...

And still stay lean!!
