Banana chips
Pistachios

Deboned the chicken and diced one of the breast and added fresh kale and the last of the veggies from home - added a sprinkle of water and some salt and pepper to the kale - and heated in the room microwave for 3 mins and....
BAM!!!
Cave Man knocks out a beautiful Paleo Platter!!!

Sided by a Creatine - Moscato wine mix to help with the recovery from an hour and 10 minute workout in the resort fitness center.
Notice the beautiful vibrant color of the kale - cooked to perfection - wilted but still some texture and ALL the vitamins and nutrition left in it!
And for dessert - Banana Chips, Pistachios, Dried Strawberry - Cranberry - Raisin - Walnut - Almond Mix and a teaspoon of sunflower seeds drizzled with a bit of Organic Honey and a sprinkle of Cinnamon and topped with fresh Red Grapes.
Cave Man eat good on vacation - Ugh Ugh!!!
