What's up with the stars?


This might be....


But this is for me. 

A workout busting omelette....

My way....

Poblano and Anaheim peppers, onion, Baby Bella mushrooms, zucchini, EVOO, Salt and Pepper, Jalapeño sausage....


Standard procedure....

Sauté the hard vegetables first....


Add in the mushrooms....


Reduce heat and then pour in the seasoned, beaten eggs. 


Omelette done....

Now grill the zucchini. 


Wow!!!

8 minutes later....

Low fat, good carb way to start the day...

I'll eat half now and save half for the post workout meal. 


This may be any other day for some....

But for me....

It's the beginning...

Of the rest of my life. 

Did 5 workouts yesterday...

Will do Cardio Blast and Body Pump this morning...

And Boot Camp this evening. 

No Neutral for this Body...

In Vertical Ascent with...

The afterburners lit. 

Let's get it.
