Sunday Makeup Workout...


I've gotten in the habit of coming into the gym on Sunday afternoons and working on muscle groups and exercises that didn't get the proper work during the week or that are lagging behind....

Abs, Calves, Lats, Lower back, Lower chest


Worked calves hard but thighs are still dominating.

As they have since I was 20....

Starting to see cross striations in the teardrop part of the quad...

Haven't seen that since I was 20....


Prep'g for a heavy Deadlift...

Better have your mind and body right...


When you put a maximum effort in...


Most muscular pose at 50...

Not what it was at 20...

But I'm working on it.
