Healthy Cure for...


A Sweet Tooth!


Try this. 

Cut up a banana and a handful of strawberries.

Julienne a couple of leaves of fresh Basil. 

Sprinkle on some dried fruit, mixed nuts, glazed walnuts and add a sparing drizzle of honey. 

Yeah - it's a few calories but when you get done eating this you'll feel a whole lot better than when you eat 3 or 4 cookies or a slab of pie or cake.
