After a Too Quiet Weekend...

I've got my own agenda this morning including a Fast Start Breakfast and a max out Body Pump workout. 

Truth be known, very few people act for anyone else besides themselves. 

We like to think we are charitable and benevolent but most of what we do for others, we do from a sense of obligation or guilt or established culture or...

Because it makes us feel good. 

Nothing wrong with that realization....
