Stopped back by Owenshouse Bicycles and had Ansul make some adjustments on the shifting on the Giant.
And was gonna eat some BBQ but it was too expensive so came back to the motel to chow down on my Paleo Purchases from
Walmart.
Been wide open since 6 this morning and probably rode at least 30
- 35 miles today so gonna chow down and take a siesta.
