If you don't think Everything in Life is a Competition....


Getting the most out of everyday depends greatly on what you put it your body....

Feed it lean meats, veggies and fruits...

Stay away from processed foods...

Eat what you need...
Not what you want.

If you think you can ignore your diet, waste your spare time in front of the TV....

Well my friend...

Because it will catch up with you.

All in one skillet dishes are one of my favorite ways to get all the food groups, nutrition, tastes and textures quickly and easily.

How can you go wrong with a cast iron skillet stir fry of onions, peppers, broccoli slaw, kale, sweet potato, fresh basil and eggs!!!

That folks is a skillet full of happiness.

Top it off with a Java Stout...

And garnish with red grapes and side with a honey mustard and TJ's chipotle salsa and you have a party on the palette!!!

Roasted chicken on focaccia with honey mustard, baked sweet potato, tomato and sweet onion with a NutriBullet concoction of Fruit Punch Creatine Mix and Chocolate Protein mix, banana, grapes and strawberries.

Let me ask you something....

I'll tell ya..... I may not be winning....

But there ain't too many people in front of me!


And none of them are eating this good!
