Will's WOD for Wills!!!


Pre-WOD meal...

Banana, Strawberries, Pear, Grapes, Boiled Egg, Fresh Mint.

Anyway.... this was the WOD.

Which makes it a WMD WOD.... Just realized that.


And you can tell I liked it...

I just couldn't run down Derek in the final 600m.

Maybe next time.

Geez.... that's light...

Time to replenish and restore.

Started the timer when I put the skillet and Dutch Oven on to start heating up.

Preseasoned Rib Eye, Sweet Leaf Spring Mix, Tomato, Organic Kale, Asparagus, Sweet Onion, Poblano and JalapeƱo peppers, Carrots, Squash, Zucchini and Mango and Strawberries for a sweet garnish.

Big Ribeye - 2 portions - 4 mins on each side.

Prep'd veggies in the Dutch Oven at the same time.

Prep the rest of the veggies - Squash, Zucchini and Kale.

In they go....

Flip the steak after 4.

Veggies are done.

Cooking is done and steak is resting at the 17 min mark.

That's a lot of food in 17 minutes!!!

Creatine - Fresca - Cabernet and a massive Ribeye on salad, veggies and fruit.

Cut half the steak and put in with the extra veggies.

And into the fridge for the next meal.

Beautiful Medium on the steak and the mango makes the dish pop.

Up Close is Even better...

Over the Hump!!!!

Yay!!!!
