Workout Snow Food

Hang cleans, front squats and push presses - Oh My!

Wednesday's snow shoe hike that I did in hiking boots.

Salad, Greens and Eggs!

My goal is to delay the inevitable as long as possible.

Ribeye, greens, salad, grilled Fuji apples.

Salmon, salad, creatine and protein.

Firewood is half gone.

Ribeye, tuna, squash, asparagus, basil, sweet potato and Java Stout!
