Can't get away from this guy!

So I'm riding into Sumner Lake State Park and basically you have to ride halfway round the lake to get to the park HQ and I'm on this steep descendig curve before the dam and look up & who / what do I see.

I'm beginning to believe there's some kind of karma thing going on here....

So I stop and talk - turns out I got everything wrong about what he does - he doesn't have a real estate agency - He works for a company called Southeast Publications USA, Inc.

Southeast Publications puts advertisements on the back of state and national park maps all over the U.S. It has about 250 field reps that go from park to park and seek out businesses around the park that would benefit from advertisement on the back of a park map. They make a brochure or full page booklet out of it with the general layout of the park on the front - the detailed layout of the park on the back and the advertisements inside. The more I talked to Bill the more I realized this could be right up my alley.

Bill asked me to call him and he'd put me in contact with the district manager.

No reason to get my hopes up but it sounds good and let's see..... travel America, stop at state and national parks, marinas and RV sites and talk to local businesses about advertising on park site maps.... wow - sounds like a dream job to me!
