Message of the Music

So I try to get some message from the music that my subconscious mind leads me to each day and these 3 selections seems to provide the following:

Get your ass up.

Do the Best You Can.

And Kick Some Ass!

Which I did in today's AF Strength Training Class.

And then came home and fixed pan grilled roasted chicken thigh on Open faced Hawaiian Wheat Rolls with sweet mustard, jarlsberg and cheddar cheese, romaine lettuce, tomato and guacamole with some sliced strawberries and Jarlsberg on the side and a Creatine / Protein drink.

Stand up!
Get ya hands up!
Are ya ready to kick ass!
