Making the weekly cast iron skillet grilled veggies and a non-Paleo treat

Got the sweet onions, poblano and Red bell peppers going in 2 different skillets.


Next is the Fuji apples and yellow squash.


Veggies are done and skillet grilled some Holmes pecan smoked beef sausage and some smoked deli turkey breast and 2 Hawaiian wheat rolls to make hot dog sliders with jack cheese and turkey chili.


A side of the veggies and a Claussen dill pickle rounds out the meal.


It's about as healthy as I could make hot dogs!!
