If I can get through 150 Double Unders - I can get through anything!

Today's Praxis workout -

I came to this workout to practice double unders - my nemesis - and the reason I am not competing in the Masters division of the Railyard Games.

Here's the way they're supposed to be done!

It took me forever because I am having to do Single Single Double but I stuck with it and got 'er done!

Sometimes it's all about perseverance - just refusing to give up.

Note the veins in the calves...

You jump up and down 6" off the ground 450 times and your fucking calf veins will pop out too!!!

Aaah - post workout meal. Now this is something I can Double Under!!!
