Breakfast or Lunch?? Who cares...


As long as it's delicious and nutritious!!!


Start with coarse sliced summer squash drizzled with Olive Oil, S & P and Thai seasoning. 


Next skillet batch will be onions, red bell peppers, banana peppers and pods of garlic prep'd the same way. 


Waiting on deck is jalapeno sausage, Parmesan cheese, avocado, tomato,mixed nuts, blueberries, mango, peach and plum.  


Squash comes out and batch 2 and the sausage goes in. 



Whetting my appetite with a little Wolfie. 


Cooked stuff gets a coating of shaved Parm. 


Then everything else goes in the pool. 

Don't like to mix veggies, meat, cheese, fruit and nuts???
