What did I have for lunch???


Same ole Same ole....


You start with a hot cast iron skillet (the only way to cook IMHO) and add olive-oil coated, salt and peppered, thin sliced red potatoes. Very thinly sliced  like potato chips so they'll cook fast. 

Stir fry those for about 5 and add onion, bell pepper and jalapeño sausage. Everything is dressed in olive oil and S & P before going in the skillet. 

Let that all cook for another 5. 


Then add in jalapeños, yellow squash and several pods of garlic and cook for another 5. 


Garnish with fresh tomatoes and basil. 

And for dessert....

Fresh peaches and blueberries.
