OK I've been to VZW, Big 5, Walmart, back to Big 5 and now I'm @ the laundromat washing my lucky clothes! I bought everything I need to get me to Santa Fe - Coleman Crescent 15 deg mummy bag - $40, Hi-tec Tioga V-lite 1 man tent - $30, Columbia fleece zip-up shirt/coat w/ hand pockets - $24, Hi-tec Ultimate waterproof hiking boots - $59 from Big 5. From Walmart Goretex w-proof breathable insuld gloves - $14, Wrangler Cargo pants - $17, Coleman backpacking burner just like my MSR - $25, Coleman Max sleeping mat - $29 plus other supplies like a 3 cup alum mug for boiling water, coffee cup, firestarter sticks, lighter, hand & foot warmers & a set of compression stretch pants - $15. So for about $275 I replaced everything I lost in the mail and gained a tent, a new pr of hiking boots and a nice set of clothes...not a bad day of shopping! When I get done w/ my laundry I'm going back to the
motel, dump everything & go find the closest Mex food rest and drink a couple of margaritas!
