Talking about 100% efficiency and 0% customer service! As far as I'm concerned the Postal Service has gone from HERO to ZERO in 1 week!

  1. You're too hard on them, IMO. YOU are the one who didn't fill out the general delivery form properly. In another set of circumstances, a customer could be angry with them for sitting on it instead of forwarding to the return address. I'm sure they were following standard procedures. Be easy on the USPS! :-)
