2 strikes...then a Hit!

Well I just called security... front desk is closed... talked to Robert - he was the one my wife talked to last night when she booked the room... he says no guest laundry and dining hall is closed & the closest store is in Pecos 7 miles back up the road... so I was feeling a little disappointed but then Robert said he'd bring me something to eat from his house... can you believe it? I just got hit by another random act of kindness... so I gave him my cell # & asked him to give me a ring 5-10 mins before he came so I'm getting dressed & go walk around this place on the snow & ice & see if I can keep from busting my butt like I did last night... this place kinda reminds me of that place in "the Shining".... except this is like a religious place.... now if I could just get into the Dining Hall like Jack Nicholson did....
