Boxtoberfest Part 1

This is the first CrossFit competition I had ever witnessed.

And I have to say that having it in a suburb of Albuquerque in the shadow of Sandia Mountain in the clear, crisp High Desert Mountain air made it even more special.

The Praxis participants proved worthy of and to the competition.

There's a reason why they call CrossFit participants "Athletes".  

These people are Athletes with special talents and a mental and physical drive that goes way beyond working out.

This is a Path and a World I have chosen and I am humbled and proud to be a part of it.
