Reward after an hour of Boot Camp....
A bowl of braised pork and veggies and a Sam Adams!
And a sit down dinner with the Blonde She Devil....
This is what I like about this dish.... The veggies are soft and infused with all the juice from the meat and the broth...
So I mash it up with a fork....
And end up with a purée of heavenly goodness.
Bam Bitches!
That's how we do it in Texas!
