Pre and Post Workout Meal....
For 50 minutes of torture known as Boot Camp at Family Fitness...
Fueled up on bananas, pears, blueberries and Pecorino Romano cheese going in....
And White Bass fillets and veggies coming out.
Need the protein.
Did 2 workouts today and rode my bike back and forth to the gym twice.
The body is starting to rebel but the mind is growing stronger.
And what doesn't kill us....
Makes us reach for the bottle of Extra Strength Tylenol Rapid Release!!!
Man - Am I hurting.
