That'll get your calves to burning....

And protect you from sprained ankles. 


And Wide Grip Chins...

You do 3 sets of 10 of these with a full range of motion 3 times a week for 3 months....

And you'll get that V look you want from the back. 


Gotta bad case of Man Boobs....

Cut your calories below 2 grand a day, do a class like Body Pump 3 times a week and throw in 3 sets of 15 dips 3 times a week and you'll get that cut under your Pecs that'll make you proud to take your shirt off. 

Anybody knows me knows I ain't preaching here but I'm gonna tell ya right now ya gotta get off your ass and start sacrificing happy hour and the potatoes and gravy and all the other excuses. 

Everybody's got 24 hours every day.
