I've found one spot by the river in the background of this shot where I can get a weak signal & sneak out a pic & a message - coffee water's on the fire so that's steps 1 & 2... incredible ride into the park last night wn a descent into the valley that had to 've dropped at least 1000' in 2 mi... I was on the front & rear brakes as hard as I could w/out locking up the wheels & was still slaloming down the slope @ 20 plus mph... WOW! What an entrance into a beautiful park nestled in a valley w/ steep sandstone cliffs guarding the Pecos River path through it!
