More Good Eats!
Adobo seasoned (got 'em at HEB that way) thin cut chicken breast on my standard bed of Spring mix, tomato, avocado, strawberries and a boiled egg with a drizzle of EVOO and a dusting of S & P.
2 minutes on each side for the chicken breast and a minute to throw the rest in a platter.
5 minutes total and a tasty, healthy meal is at your fingertips.
Now who doesn't have time to eat healthy?
