Hello Sunday!!!


After a mid morning breakfast of....


1 banana, 5 strawberries, a boiled egg and a glass of Creatine mix....

I hit the gym and did abs, calves, wide grip chins and attempted to do snatches which is a CrossFit movement.

For whatever reason, I can't hold my arms directly overhead while squatting so that movement will be a challenge.

Was feeling a little weak so dialed up Rob for a little...


Sticky but effective.
