Paleo Parade!


No New News here....

Just the same ole same ole....

Well seasoned meat - pork chops, tuna steak - grilled / blackened in a hot cast iron skillet with seasoned kale added halfway through the meat cooking process server over a spring mix with tomatoes, radishes, shredded carrots and whatever fruit and nuts makes it taste better.


Yes. That's apple and bananas on top of the pork chop.


And this is a WOD board.


And I hate snatches.


Veggies.


Meat.


Veggies Meet Meat.


Add Coffee, Chocolate, Oatmeal Beer.


Follow with fruit, but, honey, cinnamon, vanilla mix for dessert.


Double dipping for this meal and the next - pork chops on the left - tuna steaks on the right.


Kale added.


Tuna for today and tomorrow.


Double protein - pork and tuna.


Different day. Same meal.


Basic Paleo. Change a few things to keep it interesting and eat and be healthy.
