PCBT Day 1 - Seattle to Sequim Part 3

I turn north on 3

And I pedal about 2 hrs and say forget this - I need fuel.....

For my MSR Pocket Rocket camp stove which I get at the

At the Kitsap Mall in East Bremerton and then I'm thinking more fuel cause My belly button is making out with my backbone....

So I wheel over to this place cause I'm feeling kinda Mongolian Barbaric about now....

Never been to a Mongolian Grill style eatery so had to take a minute to figure it out...
Step 1 - Pick your raw vegetables, noodles and meat from the buffet, add your pick of 6 different sauces ....

Step 2 - Add your selection of beef, pork and chicken you your bowl

Step 3 - And then hand it to the guy who cooks it on a smoking hot flattop right in front of you.  Wow - this is Cool!

And Step 4 -  you got a platter of vegetables and meat that will give your body what it needs.

So I eat 2 plates of this stuff and now I am Rocket Man - Master of the Road ahead because I got a belly full of good food.

46 miles to go and I'm thanking the bicycle gods that I bought these Ergon GP5L ergonomic handgrips. They give me much greater leverage to control the loaded and unwieldy front end of the Red Mule especially on those butt puckering high speed descents.

Ain't done yet.
