Building the Epic Omelette

To begin with, everything is seasoned with a mix of salt, pepper, hot madras curry powder, garam masala, cumin and turmeric.

Start with the sliced eggplant and thin cut pork chops.

I put 2-1/2 mins on each side of both.


Prep the hard veggies - red onion, jalapeno, red bell pepper.

Prep the soft veggies - Baby Bella Mushrooms, squash and zucchini.


You are the Company you keep....


Amp up the eggs with the spice mix and a wet mix of Balsamic, Kikkoman, Worcester, Sriracha, Tabasco and half and half.


While the Pork and eggplant is resting....


Throw in the hard veggies and sauté for 5 and then the soft veggies and roll into the mix and saute for 3 more minutes...


Dice the pork chop and eggplant and throw in and mix and reduce heat to low.


Add the egg mix.


Throw in some diced provolone and smoked Gouda and fresh cilantro and basil.


Mix thoroughly.


Cover for 5 on low heat.


Bam!  That's a meat, egg and veggie mix that is truly a One Dish Wonder!


aka Epic Omelette!



Finish with fresh blueberries and strawberries and side with Fruit Punch Creatine and Chocolate Protein Mix.
