Talked to the mechanic, Kevin, and I'm gonna bring the Red Mule in tomorrow morning and he's gonna swap out the rear 11-32 cassette for a 13-34 cassette and change out the very worn front gears and crank for a much lower geared one.
I'll lose some top end but will win at least 3 - 4 fears on the bottom.
