This is my favorite sandwich so far...
Start with Jalapeño Cheddar Focaccia bread and smear a generous slathering of Inglehoffer Honey Mustard on the bread.
Put on a thick row of Dry or Peppered Salame and then a thick layer of spreadable Brie cheese.
Then a 1" thick layer of avocado and thick cut tomatoes with a generous wetting of EVOO and a generous dusting of S & P.
Now that's a Sammie.... Wills on Wheels style!
Ate 1 and made 1 for the Road.
If that don't make you happy, you're dead.
Speaking of road, I gotta hit it and do what I've tried to do for the last 2 days....
Across the Golden Gate and do the Marin Headlands Loop, Sausalito and if I feel up to it, up and around Tiburon to Angel Island and back on the Ferry.
Last Day in San Fran....
Let's make it count.
